Abstract

The aim of this research is to see the level of employee understanding of modern office management at SMAN 16 Bandung City. The method used in this research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used in this research are through observation, interviews and documentation. The research conducted observations at SMAN 16 Bandung City Library and Archives Service regarding information needs. The types of data collected include primary and secondary data. Based on this research, it was concluded that at SMAN 16 Bandung City had been implemented well according to the classification of dynamic and static archives.
