Pengaruh Work family conflict dan Stres Kerja Terhadap Komitmen Organisasional pada Tenaga Teknis Kefarmasian Rumah Sakit Al-Islam Bandung
Abstract
This research aims to understand the description and simultaneous as well as partial effects of Work family conflict and Job Stress on Organizational Commitment among technical pharmaceutical staff at Al-Islam Hospital in Bandung. The method employed in this study is descriptive and verificative with a quantitative approach. Purposive sampling was used, involving 53 married female pharmacy staff members. Based on the coefficient of determination, it was found that Work family conflict influences Organizational Commitment by 58.0%, Job Stress influences Organizational Commitment by 47.8%, and together, Work family conflict and Job Stress influence Organizational Commitment by 58.3%. The research results indicate that Work family conflict has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment, and Job Stress has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment. Simultaneously, Work family conflict and Job Stress positively and significantly influence the Organizational Commitment at Al-Islam Hospital in Bandung.
