The creative process of designing animated videos for personal data protection education aims to raise awareness among young people aged 19–24 about the importance of digital privacy. This design includes scriptwriting based on simple analogies, storyboard creation, character design, and relatable environments for the audience. Data collection techniques involved interviews with experts, questionnaires to the target audience, and qualitative and quantitative data analysis. The results show that this approach effectively simplifies complex concepts into easy-to-understand information through engaging visuals and narratives while establishing a strong foundation for effective educational media. This process is expected to serve as a strategic starting point in delivering personal data protection educational messages to the younger generation.
