Analisis User Interface Website Garuda Indonesia Berdasarkan Prinsip Hick's Law

Perkembangan teknologi telah mempermudah kehidupan, salah satunya melalui website yang memadukan teks, gambar, suara, dan animasi untuk menarik pengunjung serta menyebarkan informasi dengan cepat. Desain User Interface (UI) dan User Experience (UX) sangat penting untuk kenyamanan dan kemudahan penggunaan website. Website Garuda Indonesia memfasilitasi pembelian dan pengecekan harga tiket penerbangan, menekankan kenyamanan pengguna untuk mengurangi human error, yang bisa dihindari dengan pengetahuan dan motivasi yang memadai. Penelitian ini menggunakan prinsip Hick’s Law, yang menyatakan bahwa semakin banyak pilihan, semakin lama waktu pengambilan keputusan, untuk menganalisis dan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan pada website Garuda Indonesia guna meningkatkan kualitas dan fungsionalitasnya.
