Tinjauan Material Umpan Pancing Ikan Artifisial

Artikel ini meninjau ragam material umpan pancing ikan artifisial sebagai kelanjutan studi yang pernah dilakukan penulis tentang tinjauan biomimikri terhadap bentuk umpan pancing ikan artifisial. Studi didasarkan kepada pemahaman bahwa peran material terhadap desain produk buatan manusia berperan penting selayaknya aspek bentuk dan juga aspek fungsinya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk dapat mengetahui apa dan bagaimana beragam jenis material umpan pancing ikan artifisial yang biasanya digunakan pada tingkat industri besar atau UMKM, serta memetakannya agar dapat menjadi pengetahuan umum dan acuan dalam mendesain. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara eksplorasi langsung dan juga lewat browsing internet dengan sampel yang dianggap mewakili untuk dibahas, adapun metode pembahasan data menggunakan gaya pembahasan kualititatif secara deskriptif dan ilustratif yang dilengkapi penjelasan gambar pendukung. Hasil peninjauan menunjukan bahwa hampir semua material dapat dibuat sebagai umpan pancing ikan artifisial, baik itu material mentah dari alam atau yang sudah diproses. Penelitian lebih lanjut perlu dilakukan untuk mengetahui apa dan bagaimana ragam fungsi umpan pancing ikan artifisial dan hubungannya terhadap aspek bentuk serta aspek materialnya.
