Webinar Grow Together: Be Better Parent and Good Partner (Co-parenting)
Abstract
The aim of carrying out this webinar activity is to create understanding among the public in general and especially among married couples who have or will play the role of parents. Currently, quite a few phenomena occur where mothers, as figures who carry out various tasks for household needs and caregiving, experience stress. This state of stress in mothers can be caused, among other things, by the lack of role division between husband and wife, especially in the division of parenting roles. This division of parenting roles will certainly be very helpful in the parenting process and can also influence the quality of the marital relationship. Apart from that, the division of parenting roles can also influence child development. These benefits certainly show that it is very important to be able to share parenting roles or what is often called co-parenting. After providing this material on co-parenting, it is hoped that the general public, especially married couples who have become or will become parents, can better understand and apply co-parenting in their marriage relationship.
