Abstract

This community service program aims to improve digital competency and build competitive advantage among culinary MSMEs at Pasar Modern SINPASA, Bandung, through an adaptive and contextual coaching clinic approach. A total of 40 MSME participants were involved in this three-month program, which included needs assessment, training, mentoring, and evaluation stages. The pre-test and post-test results showed significant improvement across all measured parameters, particularly in digital promotion skills and understanding of competitive advantage. The coaching clinic method, combining practical training and individual mentoring sessions, proved effective in enhancing technical capabilities while also fostering a mindset shift among participants towards embracing digital transformation. The program generated not only skill-based improvements but also increased the readiness of MSMEs to adopt technology and develop sustainable competitive positioning based on local potential.
