Abstract

Early childhood is a golden period of child development, laying the foundation for child development, including professional introduction. However, professional introduction is often overlooked in parenting, even though it plays a strategic role in children's career development from an early age. This PkM activity aims to provide psychoeducation to parents regarding the importance of professional introduction to early childhood, practical strategies for implementation at home, and the role of parents in building children's future readiness. The activity was conducted through an interactive webinar with pre- and post-test evaluations, as well as a participant satisfaction survey. The results showed an increase in parents' understanding of the urgency and strategies for professional introduction, with improved post-test scores and high satisfaction evaluation results (average 4.6/5). This activity demonstrates the effectiveness of psychoeducation as a means of assisting parents in introducing professions to early childhood in a fun and developmentally appropriate way, supporting children's future readiness with positive self-concept and social values.
