Pendampingan Pembuatan Konten Instagram untuk Meningkatkan Promosi dan Brand Awareness UMKM Roti Riung di Kecamatan Rancasari Kota Bandung

This Student Creativity Program (PKM) aims to enhance brand awareness and sales of the Roti Riung SME through the design of engaging and informative Instagram content. This activity was conducted using methods such as interviews, brainstorming, content design, and evaluation, involving students and lecturers in integrated learning. The results of this activity showed a significant increase in Roti Riung's social media metrics, including the number of followers and engagement rate. Additionally, the training provided has empowered the SME to independently manage their social media, with indications of increased sales as a direct impact of the implemented content strategy.
