The Textile and Textile Products (TPT) industry in Indonesia recorded the highest growth in the third quarter of 2019 at 15.08 percent. The Indonesian Ministry of Industry emphasized that this condition was driven by high demand in the domestic market, resulting in increased textile and apparel production, especially in the Bandung area, West Java. Creative industries in general are small and medium industries that place great importance on efficiency, especially raw material cost efficiency and production cost efficiency. Efficient conditions enable the creative industry to produce products at competitive prices. One of the competitive strengths of a product is the low price level that can be achieved through production efficiency. In contrast to the rapid demand, the creative industry in Indonesia is also facing increasingly fierce competition. Competition in the future will not only be individual industry competition but also supply chain competition from the creative industry. This research aims to determine the impact of supply chain innovation on SME business performance. The population of fashion MSMEs in the city of Bandung is 724 people and the sample taken was 258 fashion SMEs in the Bandung area, West Java. The results of the research show that innovation in the supply chain has a positive impact on business. performance as much as 85%.
