Computational Thinking is an essential foundational skill that supports problem-solving, logical reasoning, and structured thinking from an early age. However, CT concepts are rarely introduced explicitly in early childhood education settings. Therefore, this program implemented a structured playmat-based learning model integrating sequencing, pattern recognition, abstraction, decision-making, and simple debugging activities. The participants consisted of approximately 30 early childhood students and four teachers. The program was conducted through interactive physical activities involving number sequencing, alphabet paths, decision routes, loops, and challenge zones designed to stimulate active movement and cognitive engagement. The results showed that children demonstrated improved ability to follow step-by-step instructions, recognize patterns, make simple decisions, and complete problem-solving tasks through playful exploration. Teachers also gained practical knowledge and strategies for integrating Computational Thinking concepts into daily classroom activities. The findings suggest that interactive game-based learning provides a feasible and engaging approach for introducing foundational Computational Thinking skills in early childhood education.
2026-08-31T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2026 Reni Nursyanti, Venia Restreva Danestiara, Elia Setiana, Kaila Nazwa Insanullah, Alya Qatrun Nada https://jurnalunibi.unibi.ac.id/ojs/index.php/BhaktiKaryadanInovatif/article/view/1540 Empowering Vocational High School Principals in School Branding Strategies Through Ethical Celebrity Endorsement in the Digital Era 2026-08-04T10:08:37+07:00 Fenina Berliana Putri [email protected] Maulidya Niken W [email protected] Pupung Purnamasari [email protected] Aliman Aliman [email protected] Anif Priyanto [email protected] Siti Nurlaela [email protected]
This community service study seeks to strengthen the strategic capacity of vocational high school (SMK) principals in building sustainable school branding through ethical celebrity endorsement in the digital era. The expansion of digital media has transformed educational competition, requiring school leaders to implement innovative branding approaches beyond traditional promotional practices. Nevertheless, many SMK principals still possess limited digital branding competencies, restricting their ability to manage institutional communication strategically and consistently. The program applied a participatory action approach through structured training, collaborative workshops, intensive mentoring, and systematic evaluation involving principals, vice-principals, public relations staff, teachers, and students from partner SMKs. The findings indicate significant improvement in participants’ understanding of digital branding, successful development of comprehensive branding guidelines, and implementation of digital campaigns using prominent alumni and credible local public figures as endorsers. Increased social media engagement and more positive public perception confirmed the program’s effectiveness. Key indicators, including public interaction on school social media, alumni participation in promotional activities, and institutional image perception, shifted from low or neutral to positive after the intervention. At the institutional level, the program generated formal branding guidelines, improved consistency of communication messages, and integrated branding practices into school planning processes. The study’s novelty lies in combining ethical celebrity endorsement with leadership capacity development, producing a replicable, context-sensitive, and ethically grounded branding model for vocational education institutions in the digital era.
2026-08-31T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2026 Fenina Berliana Putri, Maulidya Niken W, Pupung Purnamasari, Aliman Aliman, Anif Priyanto, Siti Nurlaela https://jurnalunibi.unibi.ac.id/ojs/index.php/BhaktiKaryadanInovatif/article/view/1581 Community Empowerment Through the Use of Information Technology and Assistance in Managing the Barusari Village Website in Pasirwangi Subdistrict, Garut 2026-08-21T08:49:39+07:00 Elin Rosliani [email protected] Dinar Rahayu [email protected] Bayu Pamungkas [email protected] Moch Nazmi [email protected]
Digital transformation at the village level requires not only access to digital technology but also the ability of community members to use it safely, ethically, and productively, together with the capacity of village institutions to manage public information. This community service programme aimed to strengthen digital literacy among the community and provide assistance in managing the Barusari Village website in Pasirwangi District, Garut Regency. The programme was conducted from 24 July to 22 August 2025, following preliminary field observations on 18–19 July 2025, using a participatory community empowerment approach. The activities included needs assessment, stakeholder coordination, digital literacy training, interactive discussions, practical assistance, and village website management support. The training covered digital information literacy, responsible social media use, digital ethics, cybersecurity, personal data protection, and the productive use of digital technology for local economic activities. Qualitative evidence was obtained from field observations, attendance records, participant interactions, activity documentation, and reflective notes. The Technology cluster targeted 300 participants, of whom 187 participated in the information technology seminar and digital literacy activities, representing 62.33% of the target. Five village officials were involved in the website management assistance. Participant interactions indicated that the training topics were relevant to their everyday use of digital technology, while the website assistance provided initial support for managing existing website content and public information. However, no pre-test or post-test measurements, website analytics, or post-programme monitoring were conducted. Therefore, the findings are limited to programme outputs, participant engagement, and initial qualitative outcomes rather than evidence of quantitative improvements in digital literacy or long-term website performance. The programme highlights the importance of continued practical training, clear website management responsibilities, regular content management, and follow-up evaluation to support sustainable village digital information management.
2026-08-31T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2026 Elin Rosliani, Dinar Rahayu, Bayu Pamungkas, Moch Nazmi https://jurnalunibi.unibi.ac.id/ojs/index.php/BhaktiKaryadanInovatif/article/view/1588 Digital Ethics for Safe Online Shopping 2026-08-12T11:21:52+07:00 Elia Setiana [email protected] Budiiman Budiman [email protected] Muhammad Rozan Aqila [email protected]
This community service program aimed to strengthen digital ethics and safe online-shopping practices among residents of Tunggilis Village, Kalipucang District, Pangandaran Regency. A preliminary interview with 30 residents indicated a practical literacy gap: 72% used the internet daily, 85% did not understand privacy settings, 63% had received suspicious messages or links, and only 22% knew how to report them. The program was conducted on 21-23 July 2025 through a participatory approach combining contextual presentations, interactive discussions, case studies, demonstrations, and simulations. The learning content covered responsible digital communication, personal-data protection, strong passwords, phishing and hoax recognition, online-store verification, secure payment practices, and complaint or reporting channels. Qualitative evaluation through facilitator observation, question-and-answer sessions, participant reflections, and simulation performance indicated that participants developed a more structured way of recognizing suspicious offers, protecting credentials, checking seller information, and selecting safer responses before completing online transactions. The activity also encouraged participants to use digital platforms more confidently, responsibly, and productively for everyday communication and commerce. The participatory, problem-based format was particularly suitable for rural community learning because it connected digital-safety principles with situations residents commonly encounter. Continuous mentoring, periodic refresher sessions, and a village digital-information corner are recommended to sustain these practices.
2026-08-31T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2026 Elia Setiana, Budiiman Budiman, Muhammad Rozan Aqila https://jurnalunibi.unibi.ac.id/ojs/index.php/BhaktiKaryadanInovatif/article/view/1596 Strengthening Cybersecurity Literacy and Personal Data Protection for Students and Educators 2026-08-14T13:35:33+07:00 Muhamad Fathur Fawaz [email protected] Galih Abdul Fatah Maulani [email protected] Fahmi Al Ghiffari [email protected] Muh Aqil Safaat Nugraha [email protected] Vina Septia Anggraeni [email protected]
This community service program aimed to strengthen the digital resilience of students, teachers, and education staff at SMP Negeri 5 Tarogong Kidul, Garut Regency, through practice-based training on cybersecurity literacy and personal data protection, delivered to 65 participants (34 teachers, 30 students, and 1 school operator) on April 29, 2026. The program combined a cybersecurity-ecosystem literacy session with a controlled, ethically-bounded simulation of fake-link and phishing traps, and its effectiveness was measured through a pre-test–post-test design, a paired t-test, an N-Gain analysis, and a satisfaction survey. The results showed a significant increase in understanding, from an average pre-test score of 65.38 to a post-test score of 87.08 (a gain of 21.70 points; paired t-test p < 0.001), with an average N-Gain of 0.61 (61.44%), categorized as moderately effective. The participant satisfaction index reached 91.67% (very satisfied). These findings indicate that practice-based, simulation-supported cybersecurity training adapted to the school context can improve personal data security literacy and encourage safer digital behavior, while also highlighting the need for such training to be delivered regularly and evaluated for its longer-term retention effect.
2026-09-03T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2026 Muhamad Fathur Fawaz, Galih Abdul Fatah Maulani, Fahmi Al Ghiffari, Muh Aqil Safaat Nugraha, Vina Septia Anggraeni https://jurnalunibi.unibi.ac.id/ojs/index.php/BhaktiKaryadanInovatif/article/view/1546 Assisting a Muslim Fashion MSME in Handling Trust Issues Through a Corrective Action Approach 2026-08-10T15:36:01+07:00 Siti Sarah [email protected] Palupi Permata Rahmi [email protected] Widyastuti Nurmalia Utami [email protected] Asti Nur Aryanti [email protected]
Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Muslim fashion sector face challenges in keeping customer trust. One major issue is design piracy, which hurts brand image and reputation. Gallery Maliqa, a Muslim fashion MSME from Bandung, faced this problem when others copied its printed hijab designs. This issue lowered customer trust in the authenticity and quality of their products. This community service project aimed to help Gallery Maliqa rebuild customer trust using a Corrective Action strategy based on Image Restoration Theory. The methods included training, implementation support, monitoring, evaluation, and interviews with key partners. The Corrective Action strategy was carried out by improving supervision, updating quality control procedures, adding barcodes and serial numbers to products, using special packaging, increasing independent production, registering intellectual property, and setting up a product return policy. The results showed better production oversight, more consistent quality control, easier identification of original products, and stronger brand protection. The return policy also proved that the business takes responsibility for its customers. Overall, the Corrective Action strategy successfully reduced negative views caused by design piracy and strengthened customer trust. These findings show that Corrective Action is a useful approach to rebuild brand image through real actions and continuous improvement for Muslim fashion MSMEs.
2026-09-03T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2026 Siti Sarah, Palupi Permata Rahmi, Widyastuti Nurmalia Utami, Asti Nur Aryanti https://jurnalunibi.unibi.ac.id/ojs/index.php/BhaktiKaryadanInovatif/article/view/1599 Leveraging Motion Graphic-Based Educational Videos to Disseminate Less Waste Principles Among Wanadri Mountaineering School (SPGW) Students 2026-08-21T10:32:22+07:00 Nichi Hana Karlina [email protected] Dandi Fitra Ramadan [email protected]
The implementation of Less Waste principles in mountaineering activities requires educational media that can communicate environmental messages in a concise, relevant, and engaging manner. At the Wanadri Mountaineering School (SPGW), Less Waste principles have been incorporated into educational activities; however, the delivery of the material remains predominantly theoretical and text-based, creating a communication gap between existing content and participants’ practical experiences. This community service program aimed to support the dissemination of Less Waste principles among SPGW students through contextualized visual communication media. The program was implemented through four stages: identification of partner problems and needs, formulation of an intervention strategy and development of educational media, implementation of educational outreach, and evaluation of participants’ responses. A motion graphic-based educational video entitled “Implementing Less Waste Principles in Mountaineering” was developed to present practical waste-reduction behaviors, including the use of refillable bottles, reusable bags and food containers, reduction of wet wipe consumption, waste management, and carrying personal waste back from the mountain. The intervention was delivered through material presentation, video screening, question-and-answer sessions, and group discussions. Evaluation results showed a positive response, with an overall mean score of 4.46 (89.2%), categorized as Very Good. Visual attractiveness received the highest score of 4.60 (92.0%), followed by perceived usefulness at 4.50 (90.0%). These findings indicate that contextualized visual communication can serve as a useful complementary medium for supporting Less Waste education in the SPGW learning context. However, further evaluation is required to determine its long-term influence on participants’ actual waste-reduction behavior during mountaineering activities.
2026-09-07T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2026 Nichi Hana Karlina, Dandi Fitra Ramadan https://jurnalunibi.unibi.ac.id/ojs/index.php/BhaktiKaryadanInovatif/article/view/1545 From Offline to Online: Transforming School Image and Engagement in the Digital Era 2026-08-14T13:07:45+07:00 Aliman Aliman [email protected] Fenina Berliana Putri [email protected] Heri Susanto [email protected] Suci Awalliah Subekti [email protected] Alfi Nurfitri [email protected]
This community service initiative aims to reconstruct the branding strategy of SMK Telesandi Telekomunikasi by transitioning from conventional paradigms toward an integrative digital ecosystem. The massive digitalization of media has rendered reliance on physical promotional strategies less optimal for initiating substantial engagement with prospective students and stakeholders. This community service initiative employed a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, the program involved 50 participants, including school leadership, the public relations team, teachers, and student representatives through stages of digital asset auditing, creative content production workshops, and intensive social media managerial supervision. The intervention improved the team's capacity to manage the school's digital identity, as evidenced by an average 45% increase in engagement metrics across the school’s Instagram and TikTok platforms. Furthermore, public perception shifted from neutral to more positive, alongside the establishment of formal branding guidelines to ensure institutional communication consistency. This strategic transformation effectively reinforces the public recognition of SMK Telesandi Telekomunikasi as a vocational education institution that is adaptive, innovative, and relevant to the dynamics of the digital era.
2026-09-10T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2026 Aliman Aliman, Fenina Berliana Putri, Heri Susanto, Suci Awalliah Subekti, Alfi Nurfitri
