https://jurnalunibi.unibi.ac.id/ojs/index.php/BhaktiKaryadanInovatif/article/view/1468

One of the indicators of successful services at a Community Health Center (Puskesmas) is patient satisfaction, which is influenced by service speed, orderliness, and comfort. This study aimed to develop and implement a queue information system and evaluate its impact on service performance and patient satisfaction at Ballaparang Community Health Center. A quasi-experimental pre–post evaluation design was applied. Observations were conducted for five service days before and five service days after system implementation. Patient satisfaction surveys were administered to 40 patients before and 40 patients after implementation using a 5-point Likert scale. The results showed that the average waiting time decreased from 58 minutes to 37 minutes (36.2% reduction). The overall patient satisfaction score increased from 3.0 to 4.2. Queue-related complaints decreased from 7 to 2 cases per week. These findings indicate that the developed queue information system significantly improved service efficiency and patient satisfaction. The integration of system development and staff education strengthens the sustainability of digital transformation in primary healthcare services.
Asmirati Yakob, Alfiah Ramadhani Amran, Rini Damayanti, Hatma, Sri Wahyuningsih

This Community Service Activity aims to improve the digital literacy of the people of Tunggilis Village through education on Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology and its application in everyday life. The problems faced are the low level of understanding of digital technology and AI among the community, as well as a lack of awareness of digital ethics. The method used is a participatory approach involving workshops, interactive discussions, and simulations of AI technology use, such as Google Assistant and Face ID. The results of the activity show a significant improvement in participants' understanding, with 75% of participants able to explain the basic concepts of AI after the activity, compared to only 20% before the activity. The positive impacts include increased awareness of digital ethics and the potential application of AI for local economic sectors such as agriculture and SMEs. This activity contributes to the digital empowerment of rural communities to adapt to technological developments.
Budiman Budiman, Elia Setiana, Dede Iman Pirdaus

https://jurnalunibi.unibi.ac.id/ojs/index.php/BhaktiKaryadanInovatif/article/view/1424

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) contribute significantly to Indonesia’s economic growth; however, weak financial recording practices remain a persistent challenge. This Community Service Program aimed to optimize financial record-keeping in three MSMEs in Bandung City: Papa Laundry, Boncu Dimsum, and Rizqi Qua. The main issues identified included irregular transaction recording, incomplete financial documentation, limited accounting literacy, and minimal adoption of digital tools. The program was implemented through four stages: preliminary survey, memorandum of understanding, Excel-based financial mentoring, and reporting and evaluation. A standardized financial recording template was developed using Microsoft Excel with automated revenue, expense, and profit calculations. The results indicate improved discipline in daily transaction recording, enhanced financial awareness, and better understanding of profitability among business owners. Comparative analysis before and after mentoring demonstrates significant improvement in reporting structure and calculation accuracy. In addition to strengthening MSME financial management, the program also enhanced students’ practical competencies. The findings confirm that affordable and user-friendly technological tools can effectively improve financial management capacity and support MSME sustainability.
Nabila Laila Dewi, Anike Putri, Faridah Kamila, Cahya Frassetiati, Desiana Dwi Setiana, Dina Azhari, Galuh Syawalu Zidan, Lulu Alifahsyahri, Putri Salsabila, Rudi Lesmana, Zahra Yuliyanti, Zihadi Dikri Muhlisin, Bagas Dwi Nugroho, Dimas Sukma Ardiansyah, Mitsal Abhan Paqih, Nabila Safitri Nurrahmah, Risma Handayani, Salma Auliyyah Yuliana, Tia Nuraeni, Zaleikha Nurkhansa Hazima

https://jurnalunibi.unibi.ac.id/ojs/index.php/BhaktiKaryadanInovatif/article/view/1427

This community engagement program aims to preserve intangible cultural heritage through the production of a documentary film on Usik Sanyiru Padanan, enhance the digital literacy of local communities, and strengthen the cultural branding of Jayagiri Village in its effort to establish the Kampung Penca as a cultural tourism destination rooted in local wisdom. The program employed a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach combined with visual ethnography, involving activities such as observation, audiovisual documentation, cultural interviews, videography and video-editing training, and dissemination of the documentary. The results show that the documentary “Usik Sanyiru Padanan: Movement, Emotion, and Meaning” successfully captures the technical elements, historical narratives, and philosophical values of Pencak Silat Panglipur, functioning both as a cultural archive and an educational medium for the public. The digital literacy training significantly improved participants’ skills in producing cultural content independently, particularly in camera operation, video editing, and cultural storytelling techniques. Furthermore, the production and distribution of visual content contributed to strengthening Jayagiri Village’s cultural identity, marking an essential step toward developing Kampung Penca as a cultural tourism destination. Overall, this program demonstrates that audiovisual documentation combined with community digital empowerment serves as an effective strategy for cultural revitalization and the development of village branding based on local cultural wisdom.
Nugraha Sugiarta, Meti Agni Rizkiani, Faisal Reza, Bayu Andriana, Rachma Meidisar Dwikinanti

https://jurnalunibi.unibi.ac.id/ojs/index.php/BhaktiKaryadanInovatif/article/view/1475

This Community Service Program was organized with the aim of strengthening adolescents’ understanding, particularly students of SMA Mekar Arum Bandung, regarding sexual harassment, prevention strategies, and appropriate reporting procedures. The activity lasted approximately 60 minutes and was attended by 27 participants. It employed interactive lectures and question-and-answer sessions to ensure that participants could understand the material conceptually while also applying the practical skills gained in their daily lives. The educational material covered the definition of sexual harassment; its physical, verbal, and digital forms; personal boundaries; healthy relationships; identification of risky situations; and official reporting channels through teachers, school counselors, parents, or authorized institutions. Evaluation was conducted through observation of active participation, participants’ ability to respond to questions, and reflective engagement during discussions, focusing on four main indicators: understanding the definition of sexual harassment, the ability to identify various forms of harassment, comprehension of personal boundaries and healthy relationships, and knowledge of proper reporting procedures. The results showed that participants were able to restate the material, provide examples of potential risk situations, understand prevention strategies, and identify appropriate reporting pathways. These findings affirm that the preventive educational program made a positive contribution to enhancing awareness, cognitive and affective understanding, and students’ readiness to respond to situations potentially involving sexual harassment. The program also highlights the importance of continuous preventive education, collaboration among schools, parents, and authorities, and the strengthening of digital literacy to improve the effectiveness of future interventions.
Ari Usman, Septi Anjani

https://jurnalunibi.unibi.ac.id/ojs/index.php/BhaktiKaryadanInovatif/article/view/1482

This community service program was designed to enhance the financial literacy of PKK women in Garuda Subdistrict, Andir District, Bandung, by introducing the concept and practice of preparing cash flow statements for household and micro‑business finances. Garuda is an urban area with dense population and heterogeneous income levels, where many households depend on informal and unstable sources of income, making structured cash flow management crucial for economic resilience. However, most PKK members had never formally prepared financial reports and tended to record income and expenses in an unstructured manner, which limited their ability to plan, save, invest, and avoid consumptive debt. The program applied a participatory action research (PAR) design combined with an asset‑based community development (ABCD) approach, engaging PKK women as active co‑learners and leveraging existing community assets such as social cohesion, local organizational structures, and ongoing PKK activities. Activities included interactive lectures on basic financial literacy, training on the structure and classification of operating, investing, and financing cash flows, guided practice using simple cash flow templates, simulations of household budgeting in the context of inflation, and motivational sessions on developing a positive financial mindset. Result that can achieved from this activity, simple tools can have meaningful effects on financial awareness with almost 90% of paticipants and self‑reflection among community members with limited prior exposure to formal financial education. This is in line with one of the goals of community service, namely financial literacy.
Aninditha Putri Kusumawardhani, Harianto Simarmata, Tegar Ryanto Wibowo, Vera Yessica Tarigan

https://jurnalunibi.unibi.ac.id/ojs/index.php/BhaktiKaryadanInovatif/article/view/1483

The era of Industry 4.0 has driven various industrial sectors to continuously improve productivity while balancing cost, quality, and market stability to remain competitive. Human resources play a strategic role in this transformation, encompassing the abilities, knowledge, skills, and individual potential needed to support organizational excellence. To enhance the competencies of production and maintenance operators at PT T in the field of Internet of Things (IoT), a community service program was conducted through training and hands on practice using a project based learning approach. The results show that the training model, which integrated conceptual materials with practical activities using IoT simulators, effectively strengthened participants’ mastery of microcontrollers, basic Arduino programming, and the use of digital analog sensors. Beyond the improvement of technical competencies, the program also generated positive social impacts, characterized by increased collaboration and mutual support among participants, the emergence of greater awareness of the importance of IoT for data driven decision making, and the rise of local leaders who have the potential to become agents of technological change in their workplaces. Therefore, this training model can be replicated as a strategic approach for strengthening industrial human resources to meet the demands of digitalized manufacturing environments.
Aria Indratama, Kurniansyah Kurniansyah, Dina Kartika
