Job Crafting dan Meaningful Work Dengan Work Engagement

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji hubungan antara job crafting dan meaningful work terhadap work engagement pada karyawan PT X. Sampel terdiri dari seluruh populasi karyawan PT X sebanyak 100 orang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Instrumen penelitian meliputi Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES) sebanyak 9 item, Job Crafting Scale (JCS) sebanyak 21 item, dan Work and Meaning Inventory (WAMI) sebanyak 10 item yang telah teruji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji regresi korelasi berganda untuk mengukur pengaruh variabel independen (job crafting dan meaningful work) terhadap variabel dependen (work engagement). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa job crafting berhubungan positif dan signifikan dengan work engagement (p < 0,05), begitu pula dengan meaningful work (p < 0,05). Secara simultan, kedua variabel tersebut memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam meningkatkan work engagement karyawan di PT X.
