Kematangan Karir Mahasiswa : Langkah Awal Memasuki Dunia Kerja

Kematangan karir merupakan aspek penting bagi individu. Seharusnya, remaja memiliki kematangan karir yang tinggi agar mampu menghadapi tantangan dalam kehidupan karirnya, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti mengenai kematangan karir pada mahasiswa Fakultas Psikologi UNIBI. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif, analisis deskriptif dengan aplikasi SPSS akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Kuesioner CMI-R dari Crites & Savickas (2011) diadaptasi ke dalam Bahasa Indonesia dan disebarkan kepada seluruh mahasiswa Fakultas Psikologi UNIBI di berbagai angkatan menggunakan metode google-form. Uji validitas menggunakan metode Pearson Correlation menghasilkan 6 item perlu dihapuskan karena tidak valid. Sedangkan uji reliabilitas menggunakan Alpha Cronbach, menunjukan koefisien sebesar 0,828 yang menyatakan alat ukur bersifat reliabel. Hasil dari 115 orang responden menunjukan bahwa kematangan karir berada pada tingkat yang beragam. Sebesar 67,75% mahasiswa memiliki kematangan karir yang tergolong sedang, 16,25% tergolong rendah, dan 16% tergolong tinggi. Tidak terdapat perbedaan spesifik antara kematangan karir dari setiap angkatannya. Dimensi dengan rata-rata skor tertinggi yaitu dimensi concern, dan dimensi confidence menjadi dimensi yang paling rendah.
