Hubungan Iklim Organisasi dengan Readiness for Change pada Karyawan PT. Tedmond Groups di Pulau Jawa

Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara iklim organisasi dengan readiness for change pada karyawan PT. Tedmond Groups di Pulau Jawa. Pendekatan yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif korelasional dengan teknik sampel jenuh, melibatkan 40 karyawan untuk uji coba instrumen dan 123 karyawan sebagai sampel utama. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan skala readiness for change dan iklim organisasi. Uji yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data adalah uji korelasi Spearman’s rho melalui SPSS 26 for Windows. Hasil menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (p<0,05), ini artinya terdapat korelasi yang signifikan antara kedua variabel. Nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,892 artinya ada hubungan yang sangat kuat. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa semakin baik iklim organisasi, maka readiness for change karyawan juga meningkat. Sebaliknya, apabila iklim organisasi menurun, maka readiness for change karyawan pun cenderung menurun.
