Menemukan Keseimbangan Digital: Digital Awareness Program sebagai Intervensi untuk Meningkatkan Digital Well Being

Perkembangan teknologi digital membawa perubahan besar dalam kehidupan, terutama dalam hal berinteraksi, bersosialisasi, dan mengelola keseharian. Namun, intensitas penggunaan media digital yang tinggi dapat menimbulkan kelelahan mental, penurunan fokus, serta gangguan keseimbangan hidup. Kondisi tersebut menunjukkan perlunya upaya peningkatan digital well-being melalui pendekatan yang bersifat reflektif dan edukatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas digital awareness program, yaitu serangkaian kegiatan refleksi diri yang dirancang untuk menumbuhkan kesadaran terhadap pola penggunaan teknologi dan membangun perilaku digital yang lebih sehat. Metode penelitian menggunakan kuasi-eksperimen dengan rancangan pretest-posttest. Penelitian melibatkan 10 partisipan penelitian (9 perempuan dengan rerata usia 21 tahun). Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah skala digital well-being (α = 0,87) yang diberikan pada saat pre-test dan posttest. Teknik analisis data menggunakan paired sample t-test untuk melihat perubahan skor sebelum dan sesudah treatment diberikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada tingkat digital well-being setelah pelaksanaan program (p < 0,05). Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa kegiatan refleksi terstruktur dalam digital awareness program dapat menjadi alternatif intervensi efektif untuk meningkatkan digital well-being individu.
