This study aims to determine the relationship between career maturity and work readiness among students of the Faculty of Psychology, Universitas Informatika dan Bisnis Indonesia (UNIBI). The study used a quantitative method with a correlational design. The study population was students of the Faculty of Psychology, UNIBI, intake 2021–2024, with a sample of 115 students selected using a stratified random sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using the Career Maturity Inventory-Revised (CMI-R) developed by Crites and Savickas, and The Work Readiness Scale (WRS) developed by Caballero, Walker, and Fuller-Tyszkiewicz. The data were analyzed with Pearson’s product–moment correlation using IBM SPSS Statistics version 26. The results showed that there was a significant positive relationship between career maturity and work readiness with a correlation coefficient value of r = 0.655 and a significance of p = 0.000 (p < 0.05), which indicates a strong relationship. The categorization results show that the majority of students have high career maturity (55.65%), while for the work readiness variable, the distribution of respondents is relatively balanced between the high (50.43%) and low (49.57%) categories. These findings indicate that students are still in the career exploration stage, so their levels of career maturity and work readiness tend to be unstable. Therefore, universities need to provide more optimal career development programs and work experiences to improve students' work readiness.
