Caring for children should ideally be done by a husband and wife. The role of parents are carried out jointly will foster cooperative parenting (co-parenting). When co-parenting performed by parents, there will be no feeling of burden on one party in caring for parents which can trigger stress. On the other hand, co-parenting is also related to marital satisfaction. This research is non-experimental quantitative that aims to determine the role of co-parenting and marital satisfaction in influencing parental stress. The research was conducted by providing a link containing a questionnaire for respondents. Analysis of research data was carried out using multiple regression with two independent variables, namely co-parenting and marital satisfaction, and one dependent variable, particularly parental stress. The results show that co-parenting and marital satisfaction simultaneously affect the stress of the mother's parents (p<0.05). That means a mother may experience stress if the parenting partner between partners does not go well and also has a low assessment of her marital satisfaction. Conversely, when a mother feels that her partner has a role in parenting and also has good marital satisfaction, she tends not to experience parenting stress.
