University Students need to be independent and really need a sense to always be energized and motivated to develop and learn new things. As a student, studying is similar to working, where each individual can have a different performance depending on the individual, whether he can work well or not. In Industrial and Organizational Psychology having energy and learning at work is called Thriving at Work, Thriving at Work can be raised with Psychological Capital where a person will have Hope, Efficacy, Resiliency, and Optimism. This research was conducted on 85 students in the city of Bandung with the correlation method. This study found that students' Thriving at Work did have a relationship with Psychological Capital, so that the higher the Psychological Capital, the higher the Thriving at Work. The Learning dimension was found to have the strongest relationship with Thriving at Work, because the learning process definitely requires hope, efficacy, resilience, and optimism. Meanwhile, when looking at the differences between the sexes, male gender was found to have a more significant relationship than female. That way men who have high Psychological Capital will have a higher Thriving at Work than women.
