Study time management is the activity and process of planning and implementing conscious control over the time allocated for learning activities. Effective study time management can increase students' efficiency and effectiveness in achieving their learning goals. This research aims to determine and improve the ability to manage study time using Self Management techniques. This research uses quantitative research methods by giving questionnaires to students in order to find out how low students' learning time management is. After processing the data using a Likert scale to see the results of the questionnaire with 30 items. Researchers found 9 students out of 63 students who had low management of their study time after being given it (Pre-Test). Then an intervention was held by applying Self Management group counseling techniques to the 9 students. After being given (Post Test) to see whether there is an improvement after being given the group counseling intervention. There are significant results that students experience an increase in their Study Time Management seen from the Post-Test and Pre-Test.
