One way is by providing emotion regulation education in the form of this seminar, it is hoped that they can understand the material provided and can apply it in their lives. This study aims for junior high school students to regulate their emotions to prevent aggressive behavior. This research uses quantitative methods by giving questionnaires (Pre-Test and Post-Test), each test contains 10 statements about emotional regulation and 5 questions related to cognitive knowledge. Based on the output of SPSS, it can be seen that the Asymp.Sig (2-tailed) value is 0.000. Because the value of 0.000 is less than 0.05, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, it can be concluded that there is an average difference between the results of the pre-test and post-test so that it can be said that there is an influence on Self Emotion Regulation to Prevent Aggressive Behavior in Junior High School Students Through UPP Sang Surya.
