Studi Deskriptif School Engagement pada Siswa SMK X di Kota Bandung

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi keterlibatan sekolah pada siswa SMK Bandung. Partisipan dipilih secara acak dengan menggunakan teknik stratified random sampling, menggunakan google form yang disebar kepada siswa SMK X Bandung yang berusia 14-19 tahun (n=368). Alat ukur keterlibatan sekolah adalah kuesioner yang telah disusun oleh Savitri, Susanto, dan Anggrainy tahun 2016. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rentang nilai antara 63.00 dan 112.00, dengan nilai rata-rata keterlibatan sekolah sebesar 87.0163 dan Standar Deviasi sebesar 8.69306. Dari data yang dikumpulkan dari 368 siswa kelas 10, 11, dan 12 SMK X Bandung, sebanyak 28% siswa menunjukkan tingkat keterlibatan sekolah yang tinggi, sementara 3% siswa menunjukkan tingkat keterlibatan sekolah yang rendah. Temuan ini menyarankan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan signifikan antara siswa dengan tingkat keterlibatan sekolah yang tinggi dan rendah. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan dorongan kepada kepala sekolah dan guru-guru SMK X Bandung untuk mendorong seluruh siswa agar meningkatkan keterlibatan sekolah pada siswa.
