Pelatihan Pelayanan Kesulitan Belajar Siswa pada Guru CLC Tawau Malaysia
Abstract
This research aims to improve teachers' abilities in providing services to students who experience learning difficulties at the CLC Tawau school. The issue of learning difficulties is important because it affects academic performance. Students at CLC Tawau schools have limited access. So it is important that teachers have the ability to provide services to improve access and also solve student problems. In teacher training, they use quasi-experiment with a one group pre and posttest design approach. The measuring tools used are cognitive tests of learning difficulties and open questions regarding symptoms of learning problems or disorders. The research results showed that teachers experienced increased knowledge in providing services for learning difficulties to students.
