Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi struktur modal.
Penelitian ini menggunakan variabel independen yaitu kepemilikan manajerial dan ketidakpastian
pajak.Populasi penelitian ini terdiri dari semua perusahaan non-keuangan yang terdaftar di Bursa
Efek Indonesia dari 2012-2016. Sampel penelitian ini adalah perusahaan pemilik modal asing yang
ada di Indonesia. Metode statistik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier
berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemilikan manajerial, dan pajak ketidakpastian
tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap struktur modal.
