Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran motivasi kerja, budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja serta pengaruhnya baik parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 38 guru SMK Pariwisata Telkom Bandung. Sampel dalam penelian ini adalah 38 guru SMK Pariwisata Telkom Bandung dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampling jenuh. Berdasarakan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa motivasi kerja termasuk kedalam kategori cukup rendah, budaya organisasi berapa pada kategori cukup baik dan kepuasan kerja berada pada kategori cukup rendah. Berdasarkan hasil uji determinasi diperoleh bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh sebesar 51,9% terhadap kepuasan kerja, budaya organisasi berpengaruh sebesar 71,5% terhadap kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh sebesar 77,6% terhadap kepuasan kerja.
