Pengaruh Kompensasi dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Sinjai
Abstract
Performance This research is expected to be able to determine and investigate the influence of compensation on the performance of employees of the Sinjai Regency Tourism and Culture Service, the influence of performance motivation on the performance of employees of the Sinjai Regency Tourism and Culture Office. The samples taken for all individuals from a population, namely 48 individuals, using quantitative exploration. Distributing questionnaires is the method used to collect data. The results of the research show that There is a positive and large influence on compensation on the performance of employees of the Sinjai Regency Tourism and Culture Office. There is a positive and significant impact of work motivation on the performance of employees of the Sinjai Regency Tourism and Culture Office. And there is a positive influence of compensation and work motivation together on the performance of Sinjai Regency Tourism and Culture Office employees.
