Abstract

Deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) is built by several component such as group of deoxyribose sugar, group of phosphate, and group of nitrogen bases. Nitrogen bases’s set can be written as . Combination of three elements of N form triplet codes (codon) which later are translated into amino acid. In the formation of DNA there are various processes that occur namely protein synthesis, DNA replication, and hybridization processes. To form a bond between DNA and DNA a hybridization process is needed. The Process of Hybridization is the formation of a stable duplex bond between two complementary nucleotides through a Nitrogen base pairing.
