Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction on Employee Organizational Citizenship Behavior in PT. Ultrajaya Milk Industry & Trading Company Tbk. Cibitung Branch.. The sample in this research is 52 respondents using Non-Probability Sampling Technique, is sample of saturated. Data were obtained using questionnaire devices. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression which is operated through the IBM SPSS 24 program. From the results of regression analysis, the data shows the following equation  Y = 18,026 + 0,373 X1 + 0,523 X2. The results show that Organizational Commitment (X1) has an influence of 0,373 on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Y) and Job Satisfaction (X2) has an influence 0,523 on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Y). Based on the results of the Organizational Commitment t test has a significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Job Satisfaction has a significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Based on the results of the F test, Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction simultaneously have a significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Based on the determination coefficient test the magnitude of the effect of Organizational Commitment is an effect of 4,6% on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The effect of Job Satisfaction is an effect of 33,0% on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction influence simultaneously equal to 35,7% on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. This research indicates that Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction affect to Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
