PENGARUH QUALITY OF WORK LIFE DAN KOMPETENSI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI INSPEKTORAT KABUPATEN BANDUNG
Abstract
Employee performance is a very important thing for the successful achievement of organizational goals, especially the performance of civil servants who are the spearhead of state administration. This research was carried out on employees of the Bandung Regency Inspectorate with a sample of 73 employees who were taken nonprobability sampling where the sample technique used was saturated sampling. Based on statistical calculations, the research instrument used meets the requirements of validity and reliability. Based on the results of the t-test analysis in testing the effect of quality of work life on employee performance obtained the value of tcount > ttable is 6.322 > 1.994. The calculation implies that partially the quality of work life affects the performance of employees in the Bandung Regency Inspectorate. Based on the results of the t-test analysis in testing the influence of competency on employee performance obtained the value of tcount > ttable is 2.413 > 1.994. The calculation implies that partially competencies affect the performance of employees in the Bandung Regency Inspectorate. Based on F Test, it is known that the significance value of quality of work life and competency variables is 0,000 < 0,050 and Fcount is equal to. This means also the value of Fcount = 249.392 > Ftable = 3.14, then it can be explained that the quality of work life and competence have a simultaneous influence on employee performance.
