PENGARUH WORK-LIFE BALANCE DAN STRES KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWANPADA PT JASA MARGA (PERSERO) TBK CABANG PURBALEUNYI
Abstract
This research in proposed to know the influence Work-Life Balance and Job Stress on Job Satisfaction at PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk Purbaleunyi Branch. This research uses descriptive and verification research with a quantitative approach, while the population in this study is the employees of PT Jasa Marga (Pesero) Tbk Purbaleunyi Branch with a total sample of 82 respondents used purposive sampling technique. Data measurement techniques using validity and reliability testing and data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation analysis and multiple determination coefficients. The results showed that: (1) In partial testing obtained t count for Work-Life Balance is equal to 3.372 greater than t table of 1.99, so it can be concluded that Work-Life Balance affects the Job Satisfaction of employees of PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk Purbaleunyi Branch. (2) The results of partial testing of Job Stress obtained by t count of -2.779 is greater than the value of t table of -1.99, so it can be concluded that Job Stress affects the Job Satisfaction of employees of PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk Branch Purbaleunyi. (3) In simultaneous testing (F test) obtained the calculated F value of 11.991 that value is greater than the F table value of 3.11, so that it can be concluded that Work-Life Balance and Job Stress simultaneously affect Job Satisfaction at PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk Purbaleunyi Branch.
