Designing Information Systems for Material Acceptance and Expenditure is a system created to solve
problems in the warehouse system at PT Bara Multi Metalika. The design of the raw material receipt
and expenditure system in the PT Bara Multi Warehouse Metalika Rancaekek Warehouse uses design
assistance in the form of DFD, Process Specifications, Chart Structure, Flow Map and ER Diagram
while the method used using the Waterfall methodThe information generated by this system is, Proof of
Material and Assistant Receipts (BTBP), Proof of Expenditures for Raw Materials and Assistance
(BPBP), Proof of Material / Equipment Requests (BPBA) and reports, such as Receipt Reports (Daily,
Monthly and Annual) and Expenditure Reports (Daily, Monthly and Annual). The development of Bakü's
Reception and Expenditure Information System application uses Borland Delphi 7.0 programming
language using the Paradox Database. In designing this application three modules, masters,
transactions and reports are made.
