Abstract

Apotek Ria Farma Purwakarta is a business entity engaged in the pharmaceutical sector. As a drug service provider, of course, it must be accompanied by good service, one of which is in managing the pharmacy. Transactions are still done manually. In order for drug transactions to be more well organized, of course a drug information system will be built which will be implemented at the Ria Farma Pharmacy, Purwakarta. The design and development of this information system uses the Agile software development method with the System Analysis, Planning, Development, Testing, and Deployment stages. The Information System is built using PHP & MySql. The tool used to design the system is the Unified Modeling Language (UML) which consists of use cases, activity diagrams, and sequence diagrams. The results achieved from this study are a system that can manage drug inventory and make it easier for employees to search for information, as well as improve the performance of the Ria Farma Pharmacy in controlling drug sales and stock.
