Abstract

Many organizations or companies considerable spend amount of money to build information systems with that is company or organization hope the information system can support to survive in the face up of global competition. Although by  substantially  financial supporting, it appear there are still companies or organizations difficult to assess or evaluate  and even to prove that the role of information technology by companies / organizations adopted is indeed very useful (Strassmann. 1999).  Therefore  there is a gap found between the funds by the company allowance to hold or buy technology and information systems not in accordance with the measurement of the organization's profit expectations, by that reason organsations requires a system that can make it easy for to provide a description of real benefits before applying or implementation information technology and systems. The system to calculate the Cost Benefit tangible by the method Return On Investment (ROI) can be used as a tool for organizations to calculate funds or costs that will be used to buy technology or information systems that implement.
