ANALISIS TECHNOLOGY ACCEPTANCE MODEL TERHADAP PENGGUNA E-MARKETPLACE BUKALAPAK

Abstract

The main problem in this research because the user acceptance at e-marketplace Bukalapak is low. The research method in this study using kuantitative descriptive methods. The technology acceptance model/TAM use as a reference model is and then modified based on the issues raised in this research. Data analysis techniques in this study, namely using linear regression analysis. The results showed that Rich Content Variables, Security, and Ease of Perception Use have a significance effect to the Perceived Ease of Use. This study also shows that the implementation of every variables have been implemented, although there are still several variables that need to be improved again on the Bukalapak e-marketplace application.
