Abstract

Besides, this research did methods to the analysis stage to find out the existing problems, the next stage of the draft which at this stage do the design for an information system that previously analyzed, and the next step is the implementation phase of the design phase of information systems to be created. Archival Management Information System using the code automatically archived in accordance with the filing system in the form of the alphabet. In addition to classifying the archive in accordance with the code archive which will then be stored into the database. Letters and slips to want to be archived can be converted into the form of a digital archive by using a scanner into a jpg or PDF format to be stored into the database and returns the alert notification in the form of pop-up message.
