This study aims to describe the talent management, self efficacy, employee performance, and to analyze the influence between variables together or partially. this research method is explanative research with a quantitative approach. The sampling method used is proportional random sampling and measuring instruments from the research variables using a questionnaire. Implementation of talent management and self efficacy at PT. Poly Dept. Indorama Polychem Indonesia has been going very well. Research Results from the Independent Variables have a significant positive effect on employee performance variables when tested together, but the effect is not significant when tested partially due to obstacles in its implementation. Companies must be able to continue to improve the effectiveness of talent management and self efficacy to overcome these obstacles, so that these two variables partially have a significant influence on employee performance.
