The method used in this research is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of journal papers published from 2017-2020. The number of articles that can be accepted in this research is 23 articles. There are three Research Questions (RQ) defined in this study. The final result obtained from this study is that organizational culture and leadership are the factors that have the most influence on the performance of millennial generation employees. The most widely used data collection technique is a questionnaire with the most widely used respondents as many as 366 people. The results obtained in this study are expected to provide information so that each organization can develop an organizational culture and leadership that is in accordance with the characteristics of its employee generation.
