Tata Kelola Perkotaan dan Ketahanan Ekonomi di Indonesia: Suatu Tinjauan Kualitatif

Masyarakat perkotaan menghadapi berbagai tantangan, salah satunya memperkuat ketahanan perekonomian. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengungkap hubungan antara ketahanan ekonomi dan tata kelola perkotaan yang baik di Indonesia, khususnya kota Bandung dalam bidang kebijakan penyaluran kredit. Temuan pada penelitian ini dikonseptualisasikan secara deskripsi kualitatif. Berdasarkan temuan yang diperoleh, penerapan good urban governance di bidang program kredit korporasi masih belum optimal dan masih diperlukan pengembangan lebih lanjut pada kebijakan dan pengawasan terhadap petugas penyalur dana, lembaga penyalur dan penerima dukungan keuangan. Masih ada oknum yang menyelewengkan dana. Artinya masih terdapat kesenjangan dalam implementasi dan salah satu prinsip transparansi belum tercapai. Implikasi manajerial bagi pemerintah kota Bandung adalah peningkatan penyaluran kredit ke sektor produktif khususnya sektor jasa, menambahkan agunan sebelum penyaluran kredit, dan peningkatan mitigasi resiko kredit terhadap debitur muda, debitur berpenghasilan menengah (Rp 10 -20 juta/bulan), dan debitur yang dikenai suku bunga yang lebih tinggi.
