Pengaruh Work Life Balance dan Insentif Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan di Divisi Mirai + PT. Bank Nusantara Parahyangan Tbk Cabang Sudirman Bandung

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keadaan work life balance, insentif dan kepuasan
kerja karyawan serta mengetahui pengaruh work life balance dan insentif terhadap kepuasan kerja
karyawan di divisi mirai+ PT. Bank Nusantara Parhyangan Tbk Cabang Sudirman Bandung baik
secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif
kuantitatif, dengan sampel berjumlah 94 orang responden karyawan di divisi mirai+ PT. Bank
Nusantara Parhyangan Tbk Cabang Sudirman Bandung menggunakan teknik sampling simple
random. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa work life balance kurang baik, insentif kurang baik,
kepuasan kerja kurang baik. Adapun Pengaruh Worklife Balance terhadap Kepuasan Kerja
Karyawan adalah sebesar 64,2% Pengaruh Insentif terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan adalah
sebesar 67,6%. Sedangkan pengaruh simultan Worklife Balance dan Insentif terhadap Kepuasan
Kerja Karyawan. Pengaruh tersebut sebesar 70%.
